Bank Converter Excel is a free tool that turns PDF bank statements into clean Excel (XLSX) and CSV files — without ever uploading your data. Every step of the conversion happens inside your own web browser.

Why we built it

Getting transactions out of a PDF and into a spreadsheet has always meant either tedious copy-pasting or handing your statement to an unknown server. Neither felt right for something as sensitive as your finances. We wanted a converter that is fast, accurate, and private by design — one where you never have to trust us with your data, because we never receive it.

Privacy by design

The PDF is read and parsed by JavaScript running on your device. Your statements are never uploaded, logged, or stored on any server we control. Once the page has loaded you can even go offline and the tool keeps working. Read more in our privacy policy.
