The service is provided “as is”

Bank Converter Excel is a free tool that converts text-based PDF bank statements into spreadsheet files inside your browser. It is provided without warranties of any kind. While we work to parse statements accurately, automatic extraction can make mistakes — always review the data before relying on it. The editable preview table exists precisely so you can correct anything.

Your responsibilities

• Only upload statements you have the right to access and process.
• Verify the converted output before using it for accounting, tax, or legal purposes.
• Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws.

No liability

Because processing happens entirely on your device and we never receive your data, you are solely responsible for the files you convert and how you use the results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the Service, including inaccuracies in converted data.

Changes

We may update these terms or the Service at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
